I'd love a "new" home, but I'm not sure I can wait to build one. Any advice?

Most builder communities offer the option to choose your lot and model and build from “the ground up.” However, some offer spec homes that are move-in ready. While you won’t have the opportunity to choose your colors and options, you won’t have to wait long to be the first owner.
